NorKam Senior Secondary offers a wide range of senior elective courses, including English, calculus 12, history and geography 12, physics 12 and Spanish, see . Other choices include trades and technology, computer animation and digital media, automotive technology, and hairdressing. NorKam also offers three trades sampler programs provided by Thompson Rivers University.
NKSS hosts the only International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in the interior of British Columbia. The two-year program includes mathematics, geography, history, French, Spanish, biology, chemistry and physics. This is a world-recognized university preparation program.
NKSS has a drama program and an arts program. The visual arts program offers photography, drawing and painting, ceramics and 3D art. The music program offers choir, band and guitar.
The school sets aside time in its weekly schedule for students catch up on their studies, explore passions or interests, or participate in clubs. School clubs include sketching, environment, the Gay Straight Alliance group and the Saints school activity club, and English learners classes supporting English language skills.
Team sports include soccer, volleyball, cross-country running, basketball, swimming and rugby.
